Blogs are "web logs". The term "blog" usually refers to a regularly updated website with posts in reverse chronological order. A blog can feature news, commentary, opinion, diary entries, or whatever you want. Blogs are often very personal and are focused on a subject or activity that the blog owner is passionate about.

So why do we have the ability for members to post blog entries here? Well, this is your members area. We want you to have a voice in MayDOG. We also have forums, where you can post questions and comments to the community, but blogs are a little more free form. You can introduce yourself or your dog(s) and talk about why you and your dog(s) need a dog park, why you support MayDOG, or any other things you'd like to post!

The rules are:

• Keep it clean - no foul or derogatory language
• No personal attacks
• Do not link to any pornographic or commercial sites
• No advertising

Participants who violate these rules may have their user names disabled or deleted; their posts deleted; or their IPs banned, for repeated and egregious violations.
