MayDOG is delighted to announce that with an amendment to our license from the Town of Maynard, the Dog Park will now remain open through the winter season, as long as the weather permits and the park is safe for use!
We are grateful to the Maynard Board of Selectmen and to Town Administrator Kevin Sweet for their ongoing support of the Dog Park.
MayDOG will close the Park whenever we determine that accumulations of snow (3" or more) or ice, or other weather conditions, present a hazard to dogs or people. Park users should check our Facebook pages for closure announcements whenever the conditions are questionable.
Small Dog Hour will also continue, every Saturday & Sunday from 9 to 10 am, as long as the Park is open for use.
